About UsAs a little boy, Kushal was often found helping his granny in the kitchen where he learned traditional skills and recipes used by his family. Leaving India at the age of just 18, Kushal’s uncle invited him to Dubai to work at his Indian restaurant where he honed his culinary skills further.  Having plied his trade with his family he became the chef of some the wealthiest Sheikhs of Dubai.

In 2004 Kushal settled in Scotland with his family as a head chef. He soon opened his own Indian takeaway & its success led to the launch of the Punjab Pakora brand in 2013 from their own SALSA accredited factory in Ayrshire.
